Harmony Nexus builds local-first continuity systems and related notification tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle low-volume text notifications for Harmony Nexus and Cadence continuity services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including:
- name and contact information, such as email address or phone number;
- business or project information shared for partnership, support, or validation conversations;
- notification preferences and opt-in or opt-out status;
- support requests, replies, and operational correspondence.
For private continuity deployments, sensitive runtime data is handled according to the specific deployment agreement or local system configuration. Harmony Nexus designs these systems around consent, custody, and auditability.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve Harmony Nexus continuity services;
- send owner-authorized account, continuity, safety, and operational notifications;
- respond to support or partnership requests;
- maintain security, auditability, abuse prevention, and compliance records;
- meet legal, carrier, platform, and contractual obligations.
Text Messaging and Notifications
If you opt in to Harmony Nexus or Cadence text notifications, messages may include low-volume continuity status alerts, owner-authorized check-ins, operational reminders, or emergency fallback alerts requested by the owner/operator.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact contact@harmony-nexus.com.
Sharing
Harmony Nexus does not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data, consent records, or text messaging data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information only as needed with:
- service providers that help operate communications, hosting, security, or support systems;
- telecommunications providers, carriers, and messaging platforms needed to deliver messages;
- legal, regulatory, or safety authorities when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including support, audit, safety, compliance, and legal retention needs. Local continuity deployments may use additional local retention rules controlled by the owner/operator.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but Harmony Nexus designs its continuity architecture around minimization, consent, and inspectable records.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out assistance by contacting contact@harmony-nexus.com. Text notification recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
