Use of Services

Harmony Nexus provides continuity architecture, private-alpha systems, research, implementation support, and related notification tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects privacy, consent, intellectual property, and system security.

Text Messaging Program

Program name: Harmony Nexus / Cadence Continuity Alerts.

Program description: low-volume account, continuity, safety, and operational notifications for owner-authorized Harmony Nexus and Cadence continuity systems. Messages may include local system status, continuity queue reminders, owner-authorized check-ins, support notices, or emergency fallback alerts requested by the owner/operator.

Message frequency varies based on system activity and recipient preferences, and is intended to remain low volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In and Consent

Text recipients opt in by directly providing a mobile number to Harmony Nexus for the stated notification purpose, by configuring a private continuity system to send alerts to that number, or by using supported opt-in keywords such as START, OPTIN, or UNSTOP where available.

Harmony Nexus does not purchase contact lists and does not send marketing messages to users who have not opted in.

Emergency and Safety Boundaries

Harmony Nexus and Cadence continuity alerts are not a medical device, emergency response service, or substitute for calling emergency services. If there is an immediate danger or medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.

Privacy

Use of Harmony Nexus services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how text messaging data is handled.

Intellectual Property

Harmony Nexus websites, documents, software concepts, designs, marks, and related materials are owned by Harmony Nexus LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in a written agreement.

No Warranty

Services and website materials are provided as available and may change over time. Harmony Nexus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harmony Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, services, or notifications.
